Mechanical Services, Inc. is the HVAC Trade Manager for the $17
Million Dollar Mechanical portion of this 120,000 sq. ft. family
heart center in Upper Manhattan. The project, which connects
two existing buildings, will be completed in three phases lasting
into 2010. |

| The Center includes eight operating rooms, 26 prep/recovery beds and 20 intensive care unit beds. Public spaces consists of an Education Conference Center with a 200-seat auditorium and four meeting rooms. |
